Richard Mark Weaver, of Landenberg, Pennsylvania was born on July 24, 1974 and passed away November 2, 2014. Richard is survived by his mother, Ilene Weaver of Landenberg, Pennsylvania, one grandmother, Faye Dixon of Landenberg, Pennsylvania, one sister, Norma Jean Fratoni and husband Sam of South Portland, Maine, two nephews, Matthew Snyder and Benjamin Fratoni both so South Portland, Maine. Richard was predeceased by his birth mother, Anita Dixon formerly of Ashe County, his father, Joel Mark Weaver formerly of Pennsylvania, one sister, Dina Joann Weaver formerly of Rochester Hills, Michigan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. Richard had served as a local firefighter and a United States Marine. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing, boating, and hunting. His smile and kindness to others will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 3:00pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ralph Snyder officiating. Burial will follow in the Calhoun Cemetery with military rites. The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:00pm on Sunday, prior to the funeral service.
