Revelation 21:3-4 states, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". I just learned of Opal's passing & my heart feels like it broke a little. She is truly one of the most special women God placed on this earth and definitely one of my favorites. My heart goes out to her family, who she loved so deeply & who loved her so much as well. Not only was she a classy lady, a true Proverbs 31 woman, but Opal had a gift of making people feel loved, like a part of her family. We will all miss this beautiful, kind, compassionate, selfless woman; but Heaven has a special place for Opal where she no longer feels pain and I trust is rejoicing with Bill in the presence of her loving Father. I pray her family is comforted by their fond memories & the knowledge that someone so wonderful loved them so much.
