Mrs. Alvera Dillenback Easton age 98, of West Jefferson, died Tuesday morning, May 19, 2015 at Forest Ridge Assisted Living. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Easton was born on July 25, 1916 in Clayton, New York to the late Alvah and Edna Longway Dillenback. She was a homemaker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard W. Easton; a daughter, Patricia Jones; a son, Terry Easton. Mrs. Easton is survived by a daughter, Barbara Richey, of Jefferson, NC; five grandchildren, Michelle Marshall and husband, William, of Webster, NY, John Larkin, of New York, Thomas Jones, of Oklahoma, Kathy Easton, of New York and Kristi Brown, of North Carolina; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
