Mrs. Hendrika Willemina Perkins, better known as Keke, age 86, of West Jefferson passed away Sunday morning, September 20, 2015 at Forest Ridge Assisted Living. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Perkins was born in Netherlands on July 12, 1929 to the late William Wagemaker and Catharina Adriana Soer. She was the owner of a hotel in Daytona Beach, Florida. She also enjoyed playing Bridge and reading. She is survived by a sister; Mien Koolhoven of The Netherlands.
