Frank Wayne Fowler Jr., 56, of Bel Air, MD peacefully passed away on November 20, 2015. Frank was the joy of his adopted parent's life, Charles D. and Lillie F. Miller of Bel Air. Born in Havre de Grace MD, Frank also known as Wayne, brought so much joy to everyone he touched. He was a resident of Harford County his whole life and had attended college in Morgantown, WV. Frank knew how to laugh and had a great sense of humor. He also enjoyed dining out and bowled in leagues at both Bel Air and Forest Hill Lanes where he won many trophies. He had a zest for life and showed it when he watched his favorite team the Ravens or talked about riding a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Frank was shy but not around children and enjoyed the company of close friends. In addition to his adopted parents, Mr. Fowler is survived by his sister, Vicki Landers of Anniston, AL; stepmother, Barbara Powers Fowler; and his devoted caregivers, Theresa Davis, Ira Davis, Adriel Davis, Daniel Davis and Marcia Campbell. Sadly, Mr. Frank Wayne Fowler Sr. passed away July 23, 2015 leaving his mother Joanne Blessing who resides in Alabama. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 11:00 am at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Bobby Absher officiating. Burial will follow in the Senter Primitive Baptist Church.
