Jayden Marcus Gwyn, of Wilkesboro, NC departed this life at Brenner’s Children’s Hospital on December 2, 2015. Jayden’s lifespan on earth was 15 years and his life in heaven will be eternal. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1:30pm at Boone Family Funeral Home chapel with Minister Fontrina Wray officiating. Burial will follow in the Cox’s Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:30pm on Saturday; prior to the funeral service. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Billy Gwyn and John Taylor. Jayden leaves to cherish memories of his father, Marcus Gwyn and mother, Deloris Gwyn of Wilkesboro, and a sister, Kailyn Gwyn, and a brother, Jordin Gwyn of North Wilkesboro. Surviving grandparents, Rose Gwyn of Wilkesboro and Betty & Boyd Cleary of Traphill. Three aunts, Anita and Brent Alexander of Harmony, Denise Gwyn of Wilkesboro, and Marie and Stephen Billings of Wilkesboro, two uncles, William and Angie Kennedy of Hays, and Mack and Tracy Kennedy of Morganton. Jayden had several great aunts and uncles, cousins, and loving caregivers and friends. Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday, unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very clear.
