Our deepest and sincerest condolences to the family. Words alone can not ease the pain when grieving the loss of a love one. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". May God give you and your family comfort in your loving memories and in His promise that soon we will never experience losing our loved ones in death and we will be able to see them again once they resurrected as per John 5:28-29. May these words give you a new hope, with deepest sympathy and warmth of heart.

When I first started working for Resources for Seniors, I had the privilege of working with Ken and got to know him as an exceptional professional, friend and kind and knowing person. He had a warm and caring heart and will be missed dearly.

My sincere condolences, thoughts, and prayers are with all of Ken's loved ones in this time of grief. Ken was such a special man and beautiful spirit. He was so kind, generous, caring, genuine, and I think the sweetest man I have ever met. He and I worked closely together at Resources for Seniors, along with many others. He was a dear, beloved co-worker, friend, and teacher. I have many fond memories of Ken that will remain in my heart forever. He will be truly missed and will never be forgotten.
With Sincere Sympathy,
Mindy Styers

To the Glover Family, I am sorry for the loss you are experiencing because Ken is no longer with us, my experience is similar to others. Ken was very important to all the counselors at Telamon Corporation; because he helped us to from numbers to retention. He knew that it took effective counseling of customers to keep them engaged. His additional information about marriage, family life and the social structure of new family definitions helped us to work with families holistically. Therefore we give him the credit to moving us in the right direction.

Dear Glover Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. I met Ken at Telamon (then Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Services) in 1984. I had a variety of challenging positions during my 3 1/2 year tenure there, as varied as Mobile Classroom Coordinator, trainer of staff regarding the 1986 federal amnesty program for farmworkers, and surveyor of staff morale and training needs, roles for which I was only tenuously qualified. Ken assisted me in every one of those roles, providing moral, technical, logistical and sometimes emotional support. I remember riding down to North Myrtle Beach with Ken to attend one of the annual Telamon conferences, and a long conversation (AKA therapy session) we had regarding my deep affection for two fellows, and uncertainty about which of them was the right one for me. Ken's sage counsel helped me realize where my heart was taking me, and I'm happy to say that this year my heart's choice and I will celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I went back to the wedding album yesterday, and sure enough, there were a number of pictures of Ken. I know that Ken led a life of service to others and love for his family and community, and I have always felt that it was a great privilege to have known and worked with such a special man. My sympathy to you and all the family. May you find comfort in your memories and support in the love of your family and community.

Lucinda and family,
I was so saddened to hear of Ken's passing. He was a joy to know. I looked forward to his visits, his travel stories, and the generous gifts of raw peanuts from the farm and chocolate-covered peanuts at Christmas. He gave freely of his time, his talents, and a listening ear.
His family and connection with others was supremely important to him, and that commitment came across in all of his interactions. He will be sorely missed by me and by Ashe Services for Aging.
My love and prayers to your family,
Patricia Calloway

So sorry to hear of your loss. Ken was just one of those people who was always nice to be around. We didn't interact much (and it was always linked to Lucinda and genealogy) and I've always remembered those few times with fondness.
Hugs to y'all ...

As a long-time Telamon employee, Ken was one of the first people I met from the corporate office. I remember him as a kind, educated, and generous person who was never too busy to share his time and expertise with others. I remember his many workshops during which he never failed to impart some bit of wisdom I could take home with me. My heart goes out to his family and friends. He was an integral part of Telamon’s early years and I am better for having known him.
