Mr. David Dean Howell, age 60, of Crumpler passed away Wednesday at Forsyth Medical Center. Memorial services will be held on July 3, 2016 at 2PM at 700 Perry Road in Grassy Creek with Rev. Steve Ashley officiating. Mr. Howell was born in Harford, Maryland on November 20, 1955 to the late Earl Dean Howell and Joan Elizabeth Hurley. He was a truck driver for Tyson for 20+ years. He enjoyed Nascar racing. Mr. Howell is survived a daughter; Jennie Leigh Howell of Jefferson, his mother; Joan Hurley Howell of Crumpler, one sister; Donna Lyons of Crumpler, one brother; Daniel Lee Howell of Jefferson, and a special aunt; Janet Blevins of Crumpler.
