Mrs. Grace Anne Gregg Phipps, age 74, of Crumpler passed away Friday morning, August 12, 2016at her residence. Memorial services will be held at a later date. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Billie Ralph Phipps. Mrs. Phipps is survived by two daughters; Barbara Phipps of Crumpler, and Beth Phipps Wilhelm and husband Frank of Acworth, GA, one son; Matthew Phipps and wife Beth of Greenville, NC, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren also survive.
