Mr. Luis Antonio Rodriguez Ramos, age 19, of Fleetwood passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016 from an auto accident. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 11:30AM at Boone Family Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Caparolie officiating. Burial will follow in the Trinity Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 6:00-8:00pm at Boone Family Funeral Home. Mr. Ramos was born in Ashe County on Saturday, October 4, 1997 to Antonio Rodriguez and Fidelia Rodriguez Ramos. He was a student at Wilkes Community College. He graduated from Ashe County High School; where he played Football (#65), soccer and track & field. He was an outstanding athlete and loved to be with his friends. He always had a smile on his face. Luis was a wonderful son and brother; he will be missed by all. He was preceded in death by his mother, Fidelia Rodriguez Ramos. Mr. Ramos is survived by his father, Antonio Rodriguez, of Fleetwood; two brothers, Miguel Ramos, of Wilmington, NC and Christian Ramos, of Fleetwood; one nephew, Jorge Ramos of Fleetwood also survives.
