Sorry to hear about your loss. This is some of what the Kingdom in the Lord's Prayer will bring. “The meek will possess the earth, and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.” (Psalm 37:11) People will have satisfying work. “They will build houses and live in them.” (Isaiah 65:21, 22) No one will treat others badly. No one will be poor, and everyone will have enough to eat. (Psalm 72:13-16) The dead will be resurrected and have the opportunity to live forever on the earth. (Isaiah 25:8; Acts 24:15; Ps 37:11,29) Here's more comfort you can get my email wanttohelponesthataresad@gmail.com and my text 919-561-8472.

Dear Blevins family, each and all,
This note is to extend sympathy and love to each member of the Blevins family. As a first-grader at West Jefferson School, I was honored to be one of the Mascots at graduation, Class of 1945, and I distinctly remember Zane from that year, and for all these intervening years, I've followed, with admiration, his most distinguished career. Most of all I admire his devotion to an earnest, caring spirituality; he wouldn't have been Mrs.Helen's true son had he been otherwise. Heaven holds wondrous attraction!
On a deeper personal note, I grew up hearing respectful words spoken all around of the life and medical ministry of Dr. Manley; and well do I remember my own parents weeping openly at word of Mr. Fred's untimely death. He was their representative in the NC General Assembly at the time, greatly beloved and loyally supported. And, like each of you, I, too, genuinely loved and marveled at the resourcefulness, faith, and witness of Mrs. Helen. She left indelible marks on the character of so many of us whom she fed daily in the Beaver Creek High School cafeteria.
I send each of you heartfelt sympathy and love. May God comfort and bless!
