Mrs. Margaret Leetta Grogan Rash, age 74, of Warrensville passed away Wednesday night, June 14, 2017 at Ashe Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 12:30pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in the Rash Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00-12:30pm; prior to the funeral service. Mrs. Rash was born in Ashe County on December 5, 1942 to the late John Franklin and Stella Rash Grogan. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother; she will be missed by all. She is survived by her husband, Mack Rash; two sons, John Rash, of West Jefferson and Elvis Rash, of Warrensville; a daughter, Donna Perry and husband, Richard, of Lansing; two sisters, Lillie Rash and Roger, of West Jefferson; Margie Combs and husband, James, of Jefferson; four grandchildren, Amber Weaver, Justin Perry, Johnathan Rash and Julie Rash; two great-grandchild, Hunter Weaver and Levi Perry; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will be meeting at her sister's home Lillie Rash at 1148 Claybank Road in West Jefferson.
