Mr. Issac Dorian Phillips, age 36, of Crumpler passed away Wednesday at Wilkes Regional Hospital. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Mr. Phillips is survived by: His wife Brittany Phillips Two sons Allen Dorian Phillips Riley Massengill of Crumpler One daughter Lexus Learon Nicole Phillips One sister Tara Stokley of Hickory Several nieces and nephews also survive.
