Obituary of Ronald John Maher

Mr. Ronald John Maher better known as Ron, age 69 of Union Grove passed away Thursday afternoon, April 26, 2018 at his residence.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 2pm at Big Flats Baptist Church Cemetery

Mr. Maher was born in Rochester, New York on July 25, 1948 to the late Augustus and Deloris Nicholson Maher. He worked at Town of Boone Public Works and later on he worked on the road as a truck driver.

Mr. Maher is preceded in death by his first wife; LaVera Ann Maher.

He is survived by his wife; Sandy Maher, one son; Robert John Quinn of Union Grove, three step-sons; James Ceratt and wife Sharon of Fleetwood, Ronald Ceratt and wife GiGi of Salt Lake City, and James Coleman of Harmony, one step daughter; Jamie Barnes and husband David of Harmony, two brothers; Danny and John Maher  both of Coventry, Rhode Island,  two sisters; Barbara Napoeloni and husband Mario of Coventry, Rhode Island, and Sandy Maher of Coventry, Rhode Island, and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
