Obituary of Linda Faye Hamm

Mrs. Linda Faye Medley Hamm, age 49 of Crumpler passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Jefferson City Cemetery at 2:30pm.

The family will receive friends Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 12-2pm at Boone Family Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hamm was born in Ashe County, on August 28, 1969 to the late Jessie and Ruby Shaw Medley. She worked at Forest Ridge Assisted Living as a CNA nurse. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Wayne Hamm.

Mrs. Hamm is survived by a special friend; Charles Woodie of Crumpler, two sons; Alvin Hamm and wife Amanda of West Jefferson, and T.J. Hamm of West Jefferson, One daughter; Tashia Hamm of West Jefferson, four sisters; Regina Perry and husband Jessie of Sparta, Rebecca Perry and husband James of Sparta, Vanessa Dishman and husband Michael, of West Jefferson, and Elaine Saddler and husband Joe of Lexington, five brothers; Fred Medley and wife Wilma of Sparta, Keith Medley of Sparta, Alvin Medley and wife Shirley of Lansing, Mark Medley and wife Jessica of West Jefferson, and Benny Medley of Crumpler, three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
