Mr. Joshua Bruce Eller, Jr., better known as "J.B." age 63, of Warrensville passed away Sunday night, August 30, 2009 at the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 4, 2009 at 11:00am at Sugar Tree Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Dollar, Rev. Jim Francis and Rev. Jim Greer officiating. Burial will follow in the Eller Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:30pm on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at Boone Family Funeral Home. Mr. Eller was born in Ashe County on Sunday, May 5, 1946 to Joshua "Bruce" Eller, Sr. and to the late Willadean Richardson Eller. He repaired fire equipment. He was a member of the Warrensville Volunteer Fire Department. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lula Belle Hodgson Eller. He is survived by his son, Randy Eller of Warrensville; his father, Bruce Eller of Warrensville; a brother, Charles Eller of West Jefferson; several nieces and nephews also survive.
