Obituary of Paul William Miller

Mr. Paul William Miller, age 73, of Lansing, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 at his residence.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 11:00am at Tuckerdale Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in the Pond Mountain Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Miller was born in Ashe County, NC on April 22, 1945 to the late Alonzo Winfield and Ruth Johnson Miller. Paul was a true trader and enjoyed going to yard sales and flea markets. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and will be missed by all.

He is preceded in death by two brothers; Roy and Carroll Miller, and two sisters; Irene Wyatt and Moajean Miller.

Mr. Miller is survived by his wife; Jean Miller, two sons; Randy Miller and wife Rita Combs of Lansing, and Jim Miller and wife Crystal of Lansing, five brothers; Mack Johnson and wife Patty of High Point, Keithel Miller and wife Norma of Lansing, Bruce Miller and wife Ruth of Warrensville, John Miller of Lansing, Gordon Miller and wife Anita of Lansing, four sisters; Sadie Arnold of Creston, Freda Blevins and husband Gale of Virginia, Rose Price and husband James of Creston, and Candy Blevins and husband Ed of Warrensville, six step grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
