Obituary of Steve Collins

Steve Collins entered heaven’s gates on June 20, 2019. He passed peacefully at home with his wife Beulah by his side. He was born January 23, 1952 to Alvin and Mary Collins.

Steve attended Ashe Central High School. He marries his sweetheart Beulah Taylor and they settle in Jefferson, NC. They celebrated their 49 year anniversary this past February. Steve was a loyal husband, fur-daddy, brother, uncle, and friend. He would always place a smile on your face.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters, Joyce Farrington and Francis Marie “Peanuts” Taylor. Surviving in addition to his wife, Beulah (Taylor) are his beloved fur-babies, Jack and Jill, five brothers, Frank Maynarich Sr. of San Jose, CA, John Maynarich Jr. and his wife Betty of Waltertown, Bobby Collins and his wife Debra of North Wilkesboro, Ronny Collins and his wife Patty of Jefferson, Jody Collins of West Jefferson and four sisters, Rosa Caudill of Millers Creek, Brenda Johnson and her husband Lionel of Grassy Creek, Regina Knootz and her husband Robert of Fleetwood, Cassie Rush and her husband David of Boone and many nieces and nephews.
