Mrs. Sofia Ann Brown Wyatt, age 65, of Warrensville died Tuesday night, October 6, 2009 at her home. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 9, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Nave officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 until 2:00 two hours prior to the memorial service. Mrs. Wyatt was born in Onslow County on Tuesday, December 28, 1943 to the late Albert Clayton and Edith Florine Kimry Brown. She trained new employee at Jefferson Apparel. She is survived by her husband, Cliff Reed Wyatt, after 49 years of marriage; two sons, Steven Ray Wyatt and wife, Cindy Ella, of Dobson, NC and Daniel Carlson Wyatt and wife, Jennie Lane, of Greensburg, PA; two daughters, Jo Ellen Weaver and husband, Jeff of Warrensville and Debroah Gale Whisler, of Muskegon, MI; five brothers, James Edward Brown of Rogersville, TN, Albert Clayton Brown, Jr. of Elgin, SC, David Earl Brown of Jacksonville, NC, Dennis Payne Brown of Rogersville, TN and Charlie Vann Brown of Middlesex, NC; a sister, Wanda Merle Craig, of Chatsworth, GA; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Flowers are accepted.
