Obituary of Joyce Lynn Owen
Joyce Lynn Richardson Owen, born In Westchester Pennsylvania on December 29th, 1960 to Betty and Wayne Richardson.
She lived with her mother and sisters in California to the age of 16 until the passing of her mother.
Then she lived with her sister Bonnie in Hanston, KS through high school. Joyce later married Max Owen and together had two children Amber and Nick.
As the director of RSVP in Garden City, Joyce devoted her life to helping senior citizens.
She later, moved to Lansing North Carolina, with Dan Pelton.
Joyce went to be with her creator on October 31st, 2019.
Joyce loved her family immensely, cruises and an occasional trip to the casino. She had a passion for calligraphy, designing wreaths and flower arrangements. She was a culinary master of pepper steak.
Joyce leaves behind three sisters, Bonnie, Sharon and Patricia a brother, Johnny, two children Nick and Amber and 3 grandchildren, Evelyn, Natalie and Ava.
She will live on in all of our hearts, forever.
