Mr. Richard Carroll Flannery, age 47, of Fleetwood passed away Monday morning, November 18, 2019 at his home. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Flannery was born in Watauga County on September 11, 1972 to Carroll and Joann Miller Flannery. He worked as a CNA. He worked also cleaning houses and a caregiver. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Carroll Flannery. Mr. Flannery is survived by: his parents, Carroll and Joann Flannery, of Fleetwood; a brother, Terry Flannery, of Fleetwood; a sister, Sharon Watson and husband, Roger, of Deep Gap; a special friend, Leo Ramos Guevvevo, of Fleetwood; several nieces and nephews also survive.
