Cinda Jarman was born to Paul and Carol Wallingford on June 1, 1960. She had one brother, the first-born Keith Lee; two sisters, Darcey Jane and Jill Diane born second and third, then Cinda Ann Wallingford, forth born, youngest of the four siblings. Cinda was born and raised in Portland, OR into the family's first home and she remained n their home until enlisting in the US Navy. Her parents divorced in 1964. She attended school at Vestal Elementary and James Madison High School. She enlisted in the United States Navy in April 1979. Cinda married her husband, Mark Jesse Jarman, August 1, 1981. They enjoyed sharing their life together until her passing into glory. Mark and Cinda had three children, Sarah Nicole, born 5-15-1982, Eric James, born 4-13-1985 and Matthew David, born 7-31-1987. She remained in active duty until her third child was born. She continued in the United States Navy Reserves until her retirement from the service, January 1, 2020. Cinda invited Jesus into her heart in March 1984. She grew in the grace and knowledge of her Lord Jesus Christ, her savior until she entered eternity with her Father God in glory. Cinda had four beautiful granddaughter, Brianna Leigh, Bethany Maree, Brookelyn Ann and Maggie Ann-Elsie. Cinda loved God and loved others. She had a very special place in her heart for children. The highlight of her life was blessed with a Children's Afterschool and Summer Camp Program in which she enjoyed for 10 years. She also worked with the elderly in their home for ten years during this time. She worked until 1 ½ month prior to meeting Jesus. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 11:30am at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with military rites. The funeral will be officiated by Rev. Julian Owen.
