We remember Colleen with great affection from our visits with Al and Mabel Poe.
She welcomed us, took us up the mountain to look around and share all the kids with us.
We did not keep up very well, just Christmas cards, but we loved her.

My wife Frances and I have been close friends with John and Kim since about 1988. As a result, we had the pleasure of knowing your mom as well. She was a very kind and loving soul who was always smiling, happy, and appeared to have never met a stranger! And now the glory of God's perpetual light will shine upon her forever!! I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your mom. I saw her several times the past year and when I'd start to introduce myself she would say "You played at my house all the time when you were a little girl". I was so glad she remembered that. It was a big part of my childhood. Dayne and I reminisced about sleigh riding from your house. I always thought Colleen was so beautiful. Its so sad to lose your mom but I'm glad she remembered me. Coleen was a wonderful person. i worked with her many years at Leviron. She had the most beautiful smile and was someone people enjoyed being around. I can never remember seeing her that she was't smiling. i think it was because she had a beautiful and peaceful heart. Condolences to all her family. I know she will be missed by everyone that knew her, including me.
