I just noticed of Betty's passing. I am so sorry. I knew Betty and Ernie through their daughter Kathy whom I taught horticulture at Christiana High School. I stopped so many times to visit Betty as I passed through Newark. I considered her a really good friend as we talked so often. She was such a kind and giving person who always had a smile for me. I lost touch with her after she moved down state. My condolences to all. Linda Wilson

My sympathy goes to her main supporters, Mack and Donna (son and spouse), for she would not have lived this long without them. Betty & I had a friendship of 52 years. I will miss her immensely and must dwell on the thousands of laughs we had together. R.I.P my friend.
