Mr. Timmy Lee Taylor, better known as "Tim", age 48, of West Jefferson, passed away Sunday afternoon, October 25, 2009 at his home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 30, 2009 at 1:00pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lawrence Goodman and Rev. David Lyalls officiating. Burial will follow in the Taylor Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:30-1:00pm on Friday, prior to the funeral service. Mr. Taylor was born in Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday, May 20, 1961 to the late Tim Lavern Taylor and to Phyllis Ann Cullen Taylor McCraw. He is survived by a step daughter, Kristen Taylor of Lansing; his mother and stepfather, Phyllis & Gerald McCraw, of West Jefferson; a sister, Cathy Miller and husband, Swader, of West Jefferson; a nephew, Tate Miller, also survives.
