Mrs. Kendra Nichole Wheeler Caskey, age 29, of Scottville, passed away Monday morning, December 14, 2020. Graveside services will be private. The body will lie in state on Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 12-1 pm at Boone Family Funeral Home. Kendra was born in Watauga County, NC on April 8, 1991 to Jim Wheeler and Angie Wingler. She was a well-adored Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy. Kendra enjoyed cooking, fishing and shopping with her mother and Nannie. She was a beautiful girl inside and out. She was a caring and loving soul and will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her grandfathers; Bud Reed, and Charles Wingler. Kendra is survived by her mother; Angie Winger and husband Edward of Scottville, her father; Jim Wheeler and wife Vicki of SC, one brother; Brandon Wingler of Scottville, her grandmother; Dot Phillips and husband Eddie of Deep Gap, grandmother; Bobbie Wingler of Piney Creek, her grandfather; Kirk Wheeler of South Carolina, and great-great grandmother; Ella Mae Francis.
