I am sorry for the loss of your dad. Did you know what what an amazing farrier he was? He used to analyze her gait and proceed to trim her front hooves as short as possible then make custom horseshoes that were built up on one side. I think he truly enjoyed it, and I'm sure he helped Windy. It seems like only yesterday..
I know that he was very proud of you. I hope that happy memories will bring you peace.
