I am so sorry to hear of this. My prayers are with the family during this time. I so much enjoyed talking to Deane when she would come out Mountain Aire Seafood every Sunday afternoon with her daughters. She was a wonderful lady who will be missed by everyone who knew her.

For All the Family-
I am very blessed to have known Deane & her family. Her daughter Beverly is one of my closest friends & I cherish our friendship & we may have never met if not for Deane. I’ll always remember the first time I met Deane in her home. It wasn’t under the best of circumstances but she was gracious & kind. Once she came to live with us at Deerfield Ridge, she became part of our family as well. We all came to love her & she had a place in our hearts. I have to smile when I think of her.... Besides loving sweets, her purse and red lipstick- Deane loved her family! She ask about them every single day and it was very easy to see how much she loved them & had devoted her life to them. I will never forget my memories of her, and the kindness she always showed me. Even when it may have been difficult. For all her family- Deane Lewis was one strong, brave and wonderful lady. I can only imagine the fond memories you have of her to keep in your hearts forever! May God Bless You and Keep You and give you peace today and everyday. Ms. Deane is singing with Jesus! Prayers to you all.
