Dear Pat and all your dear family,
We tried earlier posting a brief note to you. Not sure why it failed to appear, but we're guessing we didn't press "Post" or something similar.
Please just know of our heartfelt sympathy and love for you and all your family in all these days of sorrow and loss. Maynard, to us, was surely one of God's special sons. He was a joy to visit with, and with you, in your good home; and we treasure your visits with us here at our farm home in Elk Creek valley. Memories are powerful forces; we treasure every memory of Maynard--each and all of them good ones.
Please remember us to all your dear family. When COVID-19 subsides we promise to visit. (John, at age 82+ had his vaccinations; Kim at 64 is still waiting in the Grayson Health Department line to get his.)
