Mr. Everett Miller, age 91, of Lansing, died Thursday at Ashe Memorial Hospital. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at New Home Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Greer and Rev. David Lyalls officiating. Burial will follow in the Miller Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Everett was born in Ashe County on January 20th, 1918 to the late Jonathan and Amanda Greer Miller. Mr. Miller is survived by one son, Bruce Miller of Lansing; one daughter, Mary Ellis and husband Guy of Lansing: one brother, Adam Miller of West Grove Pennsylvania; one sister, Annie Stanley of Lansing; one grandson, Adam Miller of Lansing; several nieces and nephews also survive.
