I have fond memories of my cousin, Angie. Looking up to my older cousin--I watched her wear out the phone with her little talkative-self back in her high school days :0) to her learning how to drive a stick to her first job at Chick-fil-a...to being a wonderful mother. I feel very blessed to have known such a blubby, smiley, lovable, caring person.

Kierra, you've been there for me through so much and I am trying to be the best friend anyone can be for you and i will try to be that friend until the day i stop breathing, I am so sorry that you lost your mom, honey i know how important she was to you, I loved her too, she was a beautiful, funny, precious, different young woman, I miss her so much, and as i know you do too, but Kierra she's in a MUCH better place, she is happy, and young, and HEALTHY again. She can be happy, and she would be even happier up there in Heaven if she knew you were happy down here on earth. She will always be with you Kierra always. You were her little her little girl and don't you ever forget that, you still are her little girl. I'd like to talk about my sister and write it down this way.
But what she really means to me words could never say.
I think back to her as a baby girl, and the hand that she was dealt.
What a tragedy at her young age, and the pain she must have felt.
But God got here through that and brought her on along.
Just one of the things in her short life that made my sister strong.
I hope that she looked up to me and learned some stuff you see.
Cause as it turned out the last few years, she's been teaching me.
She's the bravest person I've ever known, She should be ten feet tall.
I never saw her chin hang down and she never backed down at all.
Then when she became a mother, she went that extra mile.
The proof is here walking around, and she has that same sweet smile.
I hope she'll be just like here mom, so loving, kind, and true.
I'm starting today trying hard, in hopes that I will too.
so I'll look up to her in heaven, smile, and try to shed no tears.
And just think of all the happiness and love she spread in just 36 years.

I worked at High Country Family Medicine when I met your mother. She was a beautiful girl with apersonality to match. We all loved Angie. We would go to the Winners Circle just to have her as our waitress! I was in the delivery room with your mother when you were born. I was so honored to get to be there when the most precious thing in her life happened....YOU! Oh how you were her whole world. Angie will be missed by all who knew her. She wa loved by many!! I didn't know she had passed away until today and I missed the services because I didn't know. I had lost count of Angie after I quit working at Dr. Bradley's Office and I had heard that she had gotton sick with Cancer, but I also heard that she had BEAT IT and was doing well. I was shocked and saddened to hear that she had passed away. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I have not seen you since you were just little. Oh what a beautiful day that was when you were born. Know that God is Good and he will see you through this sad sad time. God will give you a peace and he will give you the love that your mom wants you to have always!! Keep your light burning for your mom and if there is EVER ANYTHING I can do to help you please don't hesitate to call me. So sorry I didn't get to the services. Had I known I would have been there!!

I met Angie while working at Chick-Fil-A during high school. We became good friends. She was a true friend and I loved her dearly. We shared a lot of fun times! Kierra- Your Mom was the most caring, loving, kindess person that I have ever met. No matter how bad she felt, she always had a smile. When I see your face, I see Angie!!! Kierra, I met Angie not long after High School. We did not go to school together but met through our boyfriends at the time. Of course we did not stay with the guys we were dating, but Angie and I only got closer. She eventually moved in with me and my family. She was like another sister, people actually thought we were. At one point we were inseparable, where one was so was the other. After Angie moved to West Jefferson we stayed in touch for a little while and then lost contact with each other. It was not until 5 years ago when my Dad died that Angie contacted me and we stayed in touch for a few months. She even sent me a couple of pictures of you when you were fishing and from one of your birthday parties. Although I hadn't seen Angie in a long time, she was very special to me. She will always have a special place in my heart. I know she is in Heaven with my Dad and one day I will see them both again. I am so sorry for your loss. Trust in the Lord and he will see you through this as well as other trials in your life. God bless you!
