Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Smith, age 59, of Fleetwood, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2010 at North Carolina Baptist Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. at the Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Blackburn officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Home Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday evening at 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Boone Family Funeral Home. To the greatest woman that ever walked the face of the earth. She gave when she didn't have but she still gave. Mrs. Smith is survived by; her mother, Viola M. Smith; one son, M. Shannon Goforth of Fleetwood; one daughter, Christy E. Smith of Wilkesboro, Father of her children, Robert Pugh. Also surviving are David Hagler, Darren Smith, and Little Paul Smith and 2 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by Marvin C.
