I wish I had told Aunt Bonnie how much I admired her. As a girl I would watch her, hoping to learn from her. She was strong but gentle, hardworking but funloving. Aunt Bonnie gave of herself and had a way of making people feel welcome and wanted. I wanted so much to be like her. From knowing Aunt Bonnie I realized there was a better world than what I knew, and from knowing her I got the courage to look for it.
I miss her smile, I miss her jokes and stories, I miss her laughter, I miss her songs. I love her and I'll miss her always.
