Bill Brock husband, father, and friend was called home by God on August 2, 2010. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 starting at noon at the home, (348 Buck Mountain Road in west Jefferson). He is survived by his true soulmate Lois who he loved in marriage for 54 wonderful years. His son Billy II and his wife Dee of Fleetwood, a nephew Joe Moraleda and his wife Kathy of Charlotte, a great nephew Joe Moraleda II, his wife Amy and their daughter Claire of Concord and a niece Alice Parkman of Charlotte He honorably served the country he loved in the Navy during the Korean war. Bill touched many lives and for those who knew him we say good-bye to a decent, honest and good man. Heaven is his is new home, but he will be remembered and missed by many here on earth.
