Evelyn Jessie Haynes Elliott, age 79, of Creston died Friday, December 3, 2010 at Ashe Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 5, 2010 at 2:00pm at the Rich Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Dollar, Rev. Charlie McCoy, and Rev. Carlton Houck officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00-2:00pm one hour prior to the memorial service at the Rich Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Elliott was born in Cullman, Alabama on May 12, 1932 to the late Jessie Mile and Bessie Mae Shelley Haynes. She was a Homemaker. She is survived by her husband, C.B. Elliott, of Creston; two sons, Bryce Elliott, of Gainsville, GA and Allen Elliott, of McDonough, GA; two daughters, Lori Elliott, of Denver, CO and Debbie Elrod, of Creston; a brother, Harold Haynes, of Georgia; a sister, Brenda Dancescs, of Villa Rica, GA; eight grandchildren; a great grandchild; several nieces and nephews also survives
