Mrs. Gloria Delphine Wandrie Ray, age 87, of Jefferson passed away Thursday morning, December 23, 2010 at Margate Health and Rehab Center. Funeral services will be private. Mrs. Ray was born in Detroit, Michigan on Saturday, January 20, 1923 to the late William and Josephine Sulerzycke Wandrie. She worked as the office manager at Northwestern Dodge Dealership in West Jefferson. She was an avid reader. She is survived by seven sons, Ronald Ray and wife, Naomi, of Jefferson, Arthur Ray and wife, Nancy, of Fleetwood, Robert Ray and wife, Christine, of West Jefferson, John Ray and wife, Cathy, of Atlanta, GA, James Ray and wife, Tami, of Phoenix, AZ, Ralph Ray and wife, Elena, of Phoenix, AZ and Richard Ray of Kennewick, Washington; a daughter, Joanne Grote and husband, Greg, of Denver, CO; twenty-three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren also survives.
