Mrs. Ruby Louise Francis, better known as "Louise", age 63, of Jefferson passed away Wednesday, April 20th, 2011 morning at Margate Health & Rehab Center. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Green's Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Lonnie Jones and Rev. Larry Powers officiating. Burial will follow in the Howell Hill Cemetery. Ruby Louise Francis was born in Ashe county on August 27, 1947 to the late Clarence and Ruby Barker Francis. Ruby was a member of Shelter Baptist Church. Mrs. Francis is survived by three brothers, Don Francis and wife Courtney of Glendale Springs, Bobby Francis and wife Anita of Millers Creek, Lee Francis of Scottsville; two sisters, Evangeline Davis and husband Larry of Laurel Springs, Norma Francis of Jefferson; several nieces and nephews also survive.
