Donnie and Doneva, I am so sorry for your loss! Debbie and I have shared some great times together. From sitting in the swing and talking and laughing till dark. Even cleaning the fish that Donnie had caught. She wasnt just a great neighbor she was my friend. Hold onto your memories, and lean upon the Lord and He will give you comfort during this most diffcult time. God Bless you All!

Donnie, Neva, Mike, Steve and Earnie, My thoughts, prayers and so much love is with each of you. Looking back at all the memories I have of Debra, I think my favorite is her teaching me to sing some song on the radio and her laughing loudly at my singing abilities. She will truly be missed but, she is happily with Liz in heaven.

It is hard to believe it has been over 30 years since Debra Jean and I were in school. I have so many memories of us waiting on the bus at the end of the road and walking up the hollar together after school. Her laughter I will never forget. You could not be down when you heard it. Even though I saw little of her over the past few years I always loved her and knew if I ever needed anything she would be there for me. The last time I saw her was at her mom's viewing. Now my friend from childhood is gone. My heart goes out to Donnie and Doneva. While your loss is more than one should have to imagine, you still have each other. Mike, Ernie, and Steve God bless you all, you are all dear to my heart. All of you will be in my prayers and thoughts. Love you all so much.

Neva and family,
I'm so sorry to hear the news. Debbie was one of the sweetest people I know. Each time I saw Debbie, she would mention how much she missed my mom, now they will enjoy spending time together in Heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May you find comfort through Christ until the day when we're together with them again, in a place where there will be no more death or sorrow.

I really like her and she will be missed .I remember when I went to get a puppy from her house. Had to chase the little buger all over the hill side ,but you know I still have that crazy dog.And I wish I could tell her the story of him ,but if your looking down on us you will see he is big and mean little bugger ,Thanks Debra for being my friend. If your family needs anything let me know.

I remember Debra singing with Tomeo Void in the early eighties. She was stellar and a very unique talent that should have received more recognition and support.
