Mr. Shaun Randolph Dean, age 32, of Fleetwood passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at his home. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 2:00pm at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Rev. Lawrence Goodman, Rev. Guy Testerman and Rev. Johnny Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00pm on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 one hour prior to the service. Mr. Dean was born in Watauga County on Wednesday, August 2, 1978 to Lawrence Randolph and Betty Surber Dean. He is survived by his parents, Lawrence and Betty Surber Dean, of Fleetwood; a brother, Shannon Dean and wife Teri, of Raleigh; a niece, Kierra Dean, of Jefferson also survives.
