He was the "perfect neighbor" and I will have nothing but great memories each time I think of him. My prayers go to Pearl and the faimily.

Dear Aunt Pearl,
I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle Bill was a dear, sweet man and although we haven't been in close contact during the past few years...I will never forget how kind he was to me when I was a little girl. His smile was contagious...and I know you will miss him so.
May God bless and keep you close.

Bill was always a bright face every time I saw him. He was kind and courteous to everyone anywhere you met him. It was a true honor and privilege to know and work with him through these many years. Heaven can only be a better place with Bill waiting for his family and friends to join him there. You are in our prayers.

Bill was always laughing and just being around him made everyone else smile and laugh too. We were so lucky to have so many great memories with Bill and Peggy, especially dancing up a storm at our wedding. We hate that we can't be back for the funeral but we love you all and will be praying for all of you! - Love Kendra & Kevin Farber
