Mr. John Wilbur McGuire, age 39, of Warrensville passed away Saturday night, April 21, 2012 at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 3:00pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. JD Walton and Rev. Tommy Dollar officiating. Burial will follow in the West Jefferson City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00pn on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 one hour prior to the funeral service. Mr. McGuire was born in Ashe County on Wednesday, June 14, 1972 to the late James Wilbur McGuire and Josephine Parsons McGuire. He is survived by his mother, Josephine Parsons McGuire; one sister, Nancy Worley, of Todd; several nieces and nephews also survive.
