My dear friend, I will miss you and I remember the time we took a hike in the woods and you thought you knew where you were going, but we got lost and came out way over the ridge from Fleetwood. You marched yourself right up to a person's house and with that laugh you asked for a ride home. That was fun times and fond memories. I will miss you my friend.

David and Tom King & family,
I didn't know until today that Mrs. King had passed away and Anita and I are so sorry we didn't get to come to the visitation. Mrs. King was an inspiration to all she knew and meet. May God comfort each of you as I know she will be missed but I know she and Milton are enjoying the fruits of their labor in heaven.

My mother, Ruby Couch McDonald Freeman and Mabry were best of friends and I spent many good times in the King home as a boy with my great friend Mabry's son Tom. I'll always remember those times and the waffles she would make for breakfast. For me, Mabry was a person of perfect goodness and warmth, a second mother.

It was an honor spending time with Ms. Mabry right after the passing of my own mother. She taught me alot in such a short time. We will miss her but our memories will forever be cherished. She spoke of her family daily and loved them dearly. She made a lasting impression on my heart. With love, thoughts and prayers to each of you.

Rachel and Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I met Ms. King only twice but that's all it took to know she was special. May God provide you comfort as you lean on Him and on each other.

Tom and Sandra, David and Kathy: Deborah told me that she had seen the notice regarding Mabry's passing in the Winston paper and I was indeed saddened. I have so many happy memories of trips to the mountains years ago to Mabry's house and all the joy and laughter that surrounded her. Our prayer is that you all will be surrounded by God's wonderful peace and the assurance you have that she was a child of God, living now in His wonderful presence. We love you all. Bob & Cindy
