Charles A. Smith, age 79, of Charlotte died Wednesday at Presbyterian Hospital in Huntersville. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday at Double Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurel Springs with the family members officiating. Mr. Smith is survived by: 1 - Sister - Shirley Kelly of Abingdon, Maryland Several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Charlotte, P.O.
