Larry Davis was a Smart good man that did all he could for the employees at DG Mouldings, Marley Mouldings, Etex and Royal. He was intelligent and a man of honor, with vision on how a company should operate and took a small moulding company and make it the biggest one in the USA. I am very thankful to have worked for him and all the other great people there. My prayers are with his family and good friends.

Larry Davis was a good man. His daughters loved him dearly. I don't think I ever spent a day with Candy without her mentioning something she and her dad had laughed about or done together or wanted to do together. I grew up with Candy off and on since 5th grade and I knew Larry as the father she looked up to and admired. He was a good man and is too soon gone. Candy, you and Joy and Ann are in my thoughts and prayers. I feel pretty sure that your Dad is up there watching you. His new role? Guardian Angel.

In the day of "what's in it for me" CEO's; Larry was the shining light of "What can we do for you" leaders. Larry led Marley Moulding through the Royal Moulding growth with both wisdom and dignity. This transition was not an easy one, but Larry never lost focus or composure. He was always a gentleman, even when faced with difficult and challenging business decisions. He never displayed frustration with others who had different opinions or views, but instead listened and made those others feel valued and respected.
We will all miss Larry's positive attitude, patience, and wisdom.

To the family of Mr. Davis,
I was an employee at Marley Mouldings when Mr. Davis was there. He was always a kind man to me and always spoke with a smile on his face. I had the opportunity to visit him one day at his home in Marion about a year and a half ago. He took me on a tour of his home because he and I had a lot in common. He loved indians and I loved wolves. That day he treated me like I was someone special. I will never forget that day. Mr. Davis, I always respected him, that is why I never called him by his first name, will be missed. I am a fortunate person for having known him. Our family prayers go out to him and his family.
