"Miss Clyde" was my 2nd grade teacher at Lansing Elementary. She had such a great impact on my life, to this day (43 years later) I still think of lessons that she taught me. Such a special lady. So very sorry to hear of her passing. Your family will be in my prayers!

Revelation 21:3,4... states: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". Very soon, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death.

Mrs. Clyde was my second grade teacher at Lansing Elementary. She taught me to write in cursive and corrected me when I tried to talk too much in class. I can still remember many of the lessons that we learned in her class and can still picture her in 1967 wearing a black dress and pointy high heel shoes. She would change those shoes at recess time to wear her Grasshoppers. I believe that when you can vividly remember details of a classroom after 40 years, that teacher had an impact of your life. Being an educator now, I realize that she had high expectations for her students and never let us do anything but our best. Rest in peace Mrs. Clyde.
