Mrs. Robyn Lynn Denny Hurley, age 50, of Lansing passed away Friday night at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2:00pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charlie McCoy, Rev. David Blackburn and Rev. Dean Watson officiating. Burial will follow in the Howell-Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00pm on Monday, two hours prior to the funeral service. Mrs. Hurley was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania on Sunday, April 27, 1958 to the late James Owen and Norma Virginia Pennington Denny. She is survived by her husband, Harold "Wayne" Hurley of the home; one son, Robert David Mahala of West Jefferson; one step-son, Robert Kenneth Hurley of West Jefferson; four brothers, Floyd Denny of Randleman, Thomas Denny of Creston, Donald Denny of Ohio, James Denny of Kentucky; three sisters, Roxanne Seagraves and Pam Petty both of Randleman, Belinda Bullard of Greensboro; her grandmother, Mary Turner of Jefferson; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
