Mr. John Steven Miller, Jr., age 25, of West Jefferson passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2008 in Mouth of Wilson, Virginia. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 2pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Kenneth Clark officiating. The family will receive friends from 12-2pm on Monday, two hours prior to the memorial service. Mr. Miller was born in Lancaster, PA on Tuesday, November 2, 1982 to John Steven Miller and Barbara Alice Barker Miller. He worked was a Supervisor for a Christmas Tree Grower. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Clark-Miller, of the home; a daughter, Haleiwa Miller, of the home; his parents, John & Barbara Miller, of West Jefferson; a brother, James Miller, of West Jefferson; a sister, Jennifer Murphy, of West Jefferson; his maternal grandmother, Barbara Barker, of Crumpler; his paternal grandparents, James & Hazel Miller, of West Jefferson; two nephews, Dustin Clark and Cory Clark; three nieces, Lindsay Holman, Devin Holman and Alexis Murphy; a great-nephew, Gabriel Clark; his father and mother-in-law, Arvil and Margaret Clark, of Laurel Bloomery, TN also survived.
