Mrs. Frankie Jane Eastridge Walsh, age 52, of Creston, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2008 at the Watauga Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 18, 2008 at 8pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Owings and Rev. Spencer Roark officiating. A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at the Ashelawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Monday night at Boone Family Funeral Home, two hours prior to the funeral service. She was born in Ashe County on Thursday, January 26, 1956 to her father, the late Vaughn Joseph Eastridge and her mother, who survives, Millie Jones Eastridge. She was a member at the Jesus Life Worship Center in Moravian Falls. Mrs. Walsh is also survived by her husband, Jimmy Walsh of the home; one daughter, Suzi Walsh Forrester and husband, Randy of Mountain City, TN; three brothers, Joe Eastridge and wife, Mildred of Butler, TN, Jerry Eastridge and wife, Linda of Creston, Jeff Eastridge of Creston; three sisters, Regina Wilson of Creston, Mary Trivette and husband, Ted of Mountain City, TN, Brenda Patrick and husband, Wayne of Creston; several nieces and nephews.
