Mr. Billy Wayne Eller, better known as “Wayne”, age 71 of West Jefferson passed Saturday morning, June 7, 2014 at this residence. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2014 at 2:00PM at Boone Family Funeral Home with Rev. Lloyd Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Ashelawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12-2pm at Boone Family Funeral Home. Mr. Eller was born in Ashe County on Monday, April 2, 1943 to the late Blanco Eller and Ruth Oliver. He loved his job at Thomasville Furniture. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and hunting. He also spent time building wood working projects at home. Loved spending time with his friends and family. Mr. Eller is survived by a significant other; Millie Parker of Hickory, NC, one daughter; Rachel Eller of Whiteville, TN, one aunt; Wava Osborne of Jefferson, and several cousins also survive.
