Mrs. Nell Krider Eller, age 76, of West Jefferson passed away Thursday night, October 2, 2014 at Ashe Memorial Hospital. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 6, 2014 at 6:00PM at Boone Family Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Graybeal and Dr. Johnny Blevins officiating. A private family graveside service will be held at 10am on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Ashelawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4-6pm at Boone Family Funeral Home. Mrs. Eller was born in Ashe County on Tuesday, April 19, 1938 to the late Dick and Ada Wilcox Krider. She was the deli manager at Lowes Food Grocery. She was a member of Phoenix Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Jack Krider, James Krider, Tom Krider and Charles Krider. Mrs. Eller is survived by her husband, Joe Eller; one daughter, Vicki Eller Blevins and husband Johnny of Elkin; one brother, Jasper Krider of Washington State; three sisters, Irene Miller of Todd, Betty Hayes of Boone, and Joanne Weaver of West Jefferson; three grandchildren, Anna CoelhoSilva and husband, Renan, Joel Blevins and Josiah Blevins; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
